Our nearly silent Pneumatic Press is one of the newest and most exciting developments of the Special Machines and Automation Group. These presses operate on only 110 volts and 90 psi of compressed air, but are capable of 1 to 100 tons of force and run nearly silently!
Each Pneumatic Press is designed around your tonnage and die size requirements. They utilize standard size power units available in single or multiple cylinder configurations to match your die. The special Machines and Automation Group is also capable of designing custom dies for your press. We have an extensive background in designing embossing, pattern cutout, multiple punch, and many more styles of dies. Our experience includes single and multiple plane dies utilizing a single direction press to perform the most difficult procedures for the smallest initial investment possible.
