The Special Machines and Automation group has used its extensive material handling background to develop our Autoloader series of Automation Machines. The Reed City Tool and Die Autoloader automatically feeds material into your tube forming machine at rates of up to 640 pieces per hour in a continuous feed. Where one operator was needed for each tube forming machine, now one operator can monitor and supply 4 to 6 Autoloader systems, ensuring a fast return on your investment.
Standard size Autoloader series machines can feed tubes as small as 3/16" in diameter and 6" in length into your Tube Forming Machine. Some standard options include collet or mandrel style feed, automatic nut loading, tube withdrawal from forming machine, Allen-Bradley PanelView operator interface, and cycle function indicator beacons. If your application requires any non-standard functions, we can work with you to determine feasibility.
